What is the procedure for adding new hardware?

Adding hardware to the facility must be requested through the System SR (Special Request) with the justification of use. SR request will be discussed with the project team for approval.

How to solve printer issue of "Keep on Printing"?

This issue occurs because there is a disruption to the printer's memory system. For quick and easy solution, user needs to turn off the printer and unplug the power cable and then let stand for 1 minute and turn it back on (Hard Reset).

What are the Procedures for transferring the hardware?

To move the hardware internally within the facility, the facility should contact the Helpdesk for further action. To move the hardware beyond the facility, the facility must apply to the project team MOH through Special Request (SR) for consideration.

How to generate PHIS/CPS Monthly Report (SLA/SLG/Non-SLA) from Connect Manage System(CM)?

User must login in the Connect Manage System(CM). Go to module “Ticket Statistic by User”. Then click on the “SLA& SLG Report” sub module. From here user will be able to select “Reports Type”, “Facility State”, “Facility” and “Month”. After that, click at “Search” button. The report will be downloaded into user’s PC. If the downloaded document is not readable at user’s pc, please change file format to excel format(.xls). Then user should be able to open the document.
