What should be done by the user if the user ID does not have access to certain modules / menu needed?
Answer
Access to modules / menu contained in the system is dependent on user roles that have been granted by the system administrator of the facility based on the duties of a member. The discussion needs to be done with the system administrator and requires the approval of the head of the unit for any additional modules / menu outside the scope.
