Post Data Migration - Actions and Reports:

 

All Exception Report will be  given to the user for verification sign off.

o Data Collected from Excel Template or Legacy system extraction

o Event – Verified Data, Exception Data, Process log.

o Output – Loaded data in PHIS System.
