Data Management and Maintenance

The master data must be updated from time to time. There will be two levels of maintaining the master data i.e. either HQ or Facility level.

Types of master data shall accordingly be maintained by HQ level as per mentioned in PhIS & CPS Master Data. However, at the facility level, there are certain criteria must be managed efficiently by admin at the site:

Business Continuity Plan (BCP)

Business Continuity Plan (BCP) describes activities to be carried out in the event of PhIS & CPS system downtime at a facility in the duration of time during which the PhIS & CPS system functionalities are not available for facility user. The downtime could be due to:

♦  Inability to use the system in Partial / Total due to system failure

♦  Natural disasters

Change Management

Prior to the implementation activities, users are exposed to the changes that will occur after going live with the system. Work process that will change is discussed and explained. The proposed Change Management Approach consists of 5 building blocks i.e. ADKAR:

Change Request
